The farmhouse at Rodgers Ranch is getting a new roof! RRHC Board Member Christian Rousset is our site manager liaison and reports that the demolition phase began yesterday, April 28, See photos below! We are excited to be getting a new roof on the farmhouse! Construction begins Tuesday, April 28. Preparations begin now. The site will be completely off limits to the public, so we ask you to please refrain from walking by or through the property for the next month until the project is finished. The site is already officially closed but many of us have enjoyed taking walks past the property for exercise during this difficult time. Now we must ask for your cooperation in avoiding this area completely for the safety of the public and construction crew, We look forward to everyone seeing a "new and improved" house next month as we move ahead with this phase of historically accurate renovation, Thank you!
