Canning Workshop Was Delicious!

Instructor Jennifer Brennan did a great job teaching the home canning workshop last Thursday. Participants learned practical tips on how to can, safely and efficiently. Everyone went home with a jar of incredible homemade apricot-ginger jam! We also thank Rob White for his generous donation of assorted Mason and Bell jars earlier in the day. Photos by Alison Clary
