"Curious About Cannabis: What You Need to Know," Thursday, June 20, 6 - 8pm.
The health benefits of medical marijuana and other Cannabis products are being discussed everywhere, and this ancient plant has the potential to be a natural home-grown remedy. But what are the facts, and what is hype? Our expert from the Rossmoor Medical Marijuana Club will provide an overview of the health benefits of cannabis products, THC vs. CBD, various delivery systems, legalities, purchase options, and resources. Cost: $25
Instructor Renee Lee has an MA in Clinical Psychology and has worked as a therapist and social worker for over 30 years. She is a cannabis educator and provides behavioral and creative arts therapies for seniors experiencing cognitive decline.
