Scouts Finish Hand-Rails!

Joey Higgins and several other Scouts finished installing the top section of the hand-rails on the two stairways behind the rock wall as part of Joey's final project to become an Eagle Scout. They look fantastic! Thank you to these Scouts for doing a great job. It looks so handsome and professional and will help pedestrians as they go up the hill!
