Final permaculture class

Today was the final class in the 6-part permaculture series, taught by master gardener Marian Woodard. The topic was "To Seed or Seedling -- Getting Plants Off to a Great Start!" Marian told the class advantages of starting seeds in trays, using non-treated, non GMO seeds, how to interpret seed packets, when to plant, what grow well together, how the seed industry has evolved, and so much more.                                                                                                                                     Photos by Alison Clary
