We had a good attendance yesterday at the "Growing and Using Herbs" workshop. Our instructor, Anna Marie Beauchemin, is extremely knowledgeable and gave a lovely Power Point presentation on the medicinal and culinary uses of herbs, as well as advice on which herbs are pollinator friendly. We made a super easy vinegar with fresh herbs, and everyone got to take home a jar. To check out Anna's website for her apothecary in Martinez, visit https://www.eastbayherbals.com
