A couple months ago, we replaced the old, broken down oven with a new one so we could have a fully operating kitchen for all our educational programs, including workshops, events, John's DVC Farm-to-Table Culinary Classes, and partner uses. The new gas oven required a hood and that has now been installed, along with the necessary pipe and coupling preparation that will go through the current new roof installation. We purposely waited to install this while undergoing roof installation so we wouldn't have to cause any damage later. The pantry's floor has been replaced and the entire room and shelving will be painted. These photos may not look like much, but in the end, everything will look clean and fresh and will be so much more presentable and functional. Thanks so much to Board Members John and Christian for their hard work, especially during this difficult time.

I am glad to see that you are finally having your interior renovation. I have read from the previous blogs that you posted that you have been wanting to have this ever since, but you still cannot find time to do it. Now that you already made it, I am sure that all your plans were collated for a good idea. I am hoping to see the finish product as soon as possible. I am sure that it was something that you have dreamed of ever since!
