"Operation Green" summer program for kids!

Kids looking for something to do this summer?
Sustainable Contra Costa's youth group is putting on a great summer program at local parks for kids. Sustainable Leaders in Action (SLIA), is hosting Operation Green: Mission Possible, a three-week interactive program in July for 8-11 year olds! Six in-person or online missions will be offered—sign up for one or all! Your child will become an agent for the planet by learning about topics like waste reduction and water conservation. Missions include theme-based arts & crafts, physical activities, and critical thinking! All participants receive an activity booklet they can complete for a $10 gift card. In-person participants will also take home a stainless steel water bottle and travel utensil set. There is a FREE informational meeting (6/29 or 6/30 from 4-5 pm) for kids & parents to meet SLIA volunteers and learn about the program.
