We had 15 people at the fruit tree workshop today! Expert Helen Erickson taught us all about how to plant and maintain fruit trees and even berries, too! Below are a few pics, along with some shots of foliage at the ranch. Springtime is so pretty here! Denise and her grandson Josh planted some flowers in front of the signs, and we will be putting in gravel and pebbles on the pathway leading up the hill for better access. Trellises now hide the electrical boxes by the kitchen door (with jasmine coverage eventually!), and the railings will be getting handles from Eagle Scouts soon as well. Oh, and the split-rail fences will continue to be replaced through an Eagle Scout project, too. Lots of changes! Photos by Alison Clary
