We kicked off a new workshop on sustainable entertaining tonight! Ten registrants sampled delicious cocktails and appetizers while learning how to host parties this holiday season without putting so much strain on the environment. Five speakers from Sustainable Contra Costa, Rodgers Ranch Heritage Center, and Rodgers Ranch Urban Farm gave mini presentations on how to decorate, eat, drink, and manage waste properly at their next shindig.
