These beautiful tables were made by Richard Garbarino from Martinez using vintage barn wood salvaged from a dismantled barn in Martinez from the late 1890s. Larger beams and more substantial pieces from that site are currently in storage at Rodgers Ranch and will be used later to re-build our barn, but quality smaller pieces, like the ones you see below, are perfect for carpentry projects and other artisanal endeavors. The Rodgers Ranch Heritage Center's Board of Directors is excited to use our blog, Ranch Posts, to keep members and the public informed of the latest activities at the ranch. We invite you to comment, ask questions, or muse on the heritage center, both its historical past and its thriving present.
